Fair Start Scotland is the Scottish Government’s new employment support service which takes a new approach to employment support. Fair Start Scotland:
• Provides tailored, flexible and person-centered support to a minimum of 38,000 people across Scotland to find work, and stay in work.
• Is distinctive as participation is voluntary. This means that people have everything to gain and nothing to lose - choosing to participate won’t affect existing benefits or be driven by fear of sanctions
