Job Coach - (Re-Advertisement)

Job Title: Job Coach - (Re-Advertisement)
Salary: £24,169.08 per annum
Hours: Full time- 36.5hrs per week
Base – Aberdeen

We have a vacancy for a Job Coach to help support individuals, some with health conditions and disabilities into work through the Fair Start Scotland Service. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting individuals to overcome barriers and move closer to the labour market. Undertaking jobsearch activities, confidence building, and training were appropriate. You should have experience of engaging with employers to help find suitable jobs, as well as being able to support the individual in work. The ability to work to targets is crucial to the post and equally important that you are able to ensure all funder expectations for quality and compliance are met including data input and file completion.
